We are first time puppy parents and were initially apprehensive as to when the time was right for us, but everything about Light of the Oaks, from their website and speaking to Sarah just confirmed to us that whenever the time was, we wanted a puppy that was raised by Sarah. From the minute we arrived, Sarah was so warm and welcoming. She raises the most kind, sociable & well adapted puppies. It is apparent from the minute you arrive that those puppies are LOVED by not only Sarah but her whole family. It says everything that we felt awful taking the puppy home, as the environment she has built is just incredible! Our little Reggie is just perfect, he is clever (like his mother Lily), sociable, and fearless in the outdoors, no noises phase him. He loves being outside and exploring. The time he spent with the other puppies, exploring their home, has clearly been a really valuable experience in development creating really independent and confident little puppies. Walking into the amazing set up Sarah has created for her dogs and puppies, it was clear how much her dogs love her, just seeing their sweet reactions to her presence! Sarah was amazing from start to finish! Really put my mind at ease and answered every question I had about the pup I’d fallen in love with when I saw her online! I immediately got in touch and Sarah was so friendly, warm and informative and it was clear to see that all the pups and dogs were well cared for and so happy! The kennels have so much space for the pups to have the best start at life and with the greatest love and care! We were able to visit as often as we wanted and Sarah provided us with regular pupdates until we could bring our pup (Pepsi) home! I’d highly recommend Sarah at Light of the Oaks, fab service!! Right from the initial contact right through receiving our puppy and beyond. We had constant updates and videos of our chosen puppy. Very informative and was able to advise on every query we had. We received a very healthy happy puppy which we enjoyed so much we decided to get another puppy from her.
